Am I eligible to rent a home?

You need to be able to say YES to ALL of the following statements: • I am unable to afford to purchase a home in Buckland Newton. • I find open market rent in Buckland Newton unaffordable. • I have family / work / residency / education connections to Buckland Newton or the surrounding villages. • My household income is less than £60,000. • I am not already a home owner or named on a home mortgage. • I am able to sustain assured tenancy in the longer term. • I have a good credit history. • I can provide, if required, a landlord’s reference. • I am registered on Dorset Council Home Choice website.
